Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before participating in this tombola. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by the following terms:

  1. By participating in this tombola you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
  2. You must be 18 or over to participate in this tombola. You may be asked to show proof of age when purchasing a ticket.
  3. Profits from the sale of this tombola minus various expenses will be used entirely for charitable purposes.
  4. When purchasing the ticket, you must provide your full name, telephone number and (if applicable) email address.
  5. Winning tombolas will be announced on LifeLong’s website, social media channels as well as other broadcast means.
  6. The drawing of winning numbers will be made in the presence of judges and observers.
  7. The lots are drawn, first the first lot, then the second lot, in this order.
  8. The list of winning tombola numbers will be announced on LifeLong’s website, social media channels as well as other broadcast means.
  9. You can confirm that you are a lottery winner to the organizing company (Lifelong Trading Pvt. Ltd.) only by bringing the ticket with you. In addition, all winners must provide valid identification documents (ID card, passport) in order to receive the prize. Prizes may be received by a representative of the winner by proxy upon written confirmation from the winner.
  10. Lost, damaged, illegible tickets will not be valid/entered. Likewise, if the correct winner cannot be identified in any case, the organization will not be responsible.
  11. If you are a lottery winner, you must take possession of the property you won within six months of the lottery. Claims submitted after six months will not be valid.
  12. Requests for cash or other goods will not be accepted.
  13. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the prize you receive.
  14. Any agreement to sell, gift or otherwise transfer your prized property to a third party before taking possession of it will not be accepted.
  15. The organizer may use the names and images of the winners for advertising purposes in connection with the operation of the tombola, while making payments to the winners.
